October is Filipino American History Month!

I'll be available for school visits (on Oahu, Hawaii only) or via Zoom in commemoration of Filipino American History Month! We'll discuss my book, The Angel of Santo Tomas ~ The Story of Fe del Mundo, and highlight the achievements of this remarkable Filipino humanitarian, including her work in serving American children and families detained in internment camps during WWII.

In it, I talk about the amazing and inspiring life of Dr. Fe del Mundo, whose dedication to the welfare of children carried her through World War 2, from the Philippines to the U.S. and beyond, and always with courage and care.
